This form should be with Fylde District Commissioner / District Nights Away Adviser SEVEN days before the event. Remember that for Nights Away events held at facilities not owned or operated by Scouting, such as public campsites and youth hostels, the host District Commissioner must also receive a copy of this information. This should normally be sent FOURTEEN days before the event. The Scout Information Centre, 0845 300 1818, can supply contact details for Host DC's so you can forward the information.
