Fylde District Headquarters is contained within a fenced 5 acre site that is owned and managed by Fylde District Scouts.
The indoor accommodation for up to 40 people, is of a high standard and the flat well maintained camping field can accommodate up to 70 people.
There is sufficient parking for 15 cars and the site has easy access for coaches that allows unloading close to the buildings and field.

The site is approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of Lytham and St Annes-on-Sea, providing easy access to the Fylde coastline and local attractions.
It is only 3 miles from Blackpool.

The main hall is measures 15 m x 9.5m and has a high ceiling.
It has windows on 2 sides overlooking the camping field and beyond.
Suitable for indoor meetings and activities it also acts as the dining room.
It has enough tables and chairs to seat 40.

The indoor accommodation is of a high quality. There are 40 beds in total. This is comprised of -
    6 bedrooms with 4 bunks
    1 bedroom with 8 bunks
    4 bedrooms with 2 bunks
 
Washrooms
    Gents toilets with 2 cubicles + 1 disabled, plus 4 sinks
    Ladies toilets with 2 cubicles, plus 2 sinks
    Showers - 2 cubicles in one room

The kitchen comprises -
    6 ring, double-door gas cooker
    Fridge freezer
    2 washing up sinks
    1 hand wash sink
    Ample supply of catering equipment / crockery etc

There is a separate first aid room with bed and wash basin.

The whole building is centrally heated.

There is a public pay telephone in the main hall.

The camping field is a flat well maintained 2  acre field that can accommodate up to 70 people with ease.
The site has separate toilets and showers with water points around the field.
There are  also 3 acres of woodland, in which there is a campfire circle.

The barn, completed for 2008, can be hired per day or part of a day and can be used as a wet weather shelter or for activities and sports.
Sports equipment can also be hired.
